A : Anyone who is interested to learn more about themselves! We have participants from eager individuals, executives, HR practitioners, line managers, head of departments and trainers.
A : Yes you can as you will learn the methodologies and applications for self and organizational development. Each participant will have to complete a Emotional Quality Profile (EQP) and Motives Questionnaires report (MQ) prior to the workshop. The reports will be debriefed during the workshop.
A : It is encouraged to first attend Module 0+1 as this helps to set the foundation of basic applications and gradually moved on to Module 2+3 with more advanced learning.
A : Flipping through pages of work books can be a dull process so we are giving out participants sketch books, cut out materials and coloured pen to work your own creativity.
A : First and foremost there is no such institution as the International DISC. That being said, participants completing our Workshop will get hands-on experience on how to read / debrief DISC graphs (2 graphs or 3 graphs approach) and it’s various applications. The same knowledge can be invested in other similar DISC products around the world.
A : This training workshops are eligible for HRDF claims under the Skim Bantuan Latihan (SBL) Scheme, subject to prior application to HRDF by the employers/companies.
